A fixed build fee, then a monthly fee. Agreed before we start.

The first call is free. If it looks worth doing, we quote you a systems map, where we find where the time goes in your week and where AI can take work on, and give you a written map and a fixed-price plan. If you go ahead, you pick one of three packages. The build is a fixed price. If you have an idea and no business yet, Start has no systems map and begins with the same free call. The monthly fee starts at handover, month to month, with no lock-in.

30 minutes on how your business runs. No obligation. At the end, if it looks worth doing, we quote you the systems map.

Step 2 · The systems map

The systems map

We go through how you work and the software you use, and what it already does. We write down which jobs eat your week, where information gets typed twice, where jobs or money fall through, and where AI can take work on. You get the written map and a fixed-price plan, including what's not worth doing.

Systems map: A$490 + GST = A$539 total

If you go ahead with a build, the full A$539 comes off the build fee. If you don't, you keep the written map.

Step 3 · Pick a package

Connect

One AI job set up, for example drafting quotes, or sorting enquiries with replies drafted for you to approve.

Build: A$1,200 + GST = A$1,320 total

Then A$190 + GST = A$209 total a month

Timing: usually built within 5 working days of getting access.

The main package

Run

AI across a whole workflow, for example enquiry to quote to job to invoice to follow-up.

Build: A$2,950 + GST = A$3,245 total

Founding price for the first 5 businesses: A$1,950 + GST = A$2,145 total to build

Then A$390 + GST = A$429 total a month

Timing: usually built within 10 working days of getting access.

Build

A custom AI tool or system built for your business, connected to everything else. For example a dashboard, a job or booking portal, a quoting tool, or reports.

Build: from A$5,950 + GST = A$6,545 total

The exact price is fixed in writing after the systems map.

Then from A$790 + GST = A$869 total a month

Timing: agreed in the written plan.

Got an idea but no business yet?

Start

For someone with an idea and no business yet. The first step is the same free 30-minute call. There is no systems map for Start, because there are no systems to map yet. We've set up several businesses of our own.

Build: A$2,450 + GST = A$2,695 total

Then, if you want it, A$190 + GST = A$209 total a month

You pay government fees and tool subscriptions directly, in your own name, and you own every account. You lodge your own ABN and business name using our checklist, or your accountant does. We don't apply for an ABN or GST for anyone, and we don't advise on business structure, tax or GST. That goes to your accountant, BAS agent or lawyer. We can't promise the business will succeed or make money.

In every package

Every account stays in your name. Any admin access we used is removed at handover. If the agreed build isn't finished, we keep going at no extra charge.

Payment: the build is 50% to book, 50% on handover, invoiced from Xero. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full.

From handover · Month to month

The monthly fee

The monthly fee for your package starts at handover. With Start it's optional. No lock-in and no exit fee. Cancel by email and it ends at the end of that month.

If you cancel, what's built stays in your accounts and keeps running, but nobody watches or fixes it.

Tool and text-message costs

These are paid by you directly, on accounts in your name. They aren't part of our fees. Before we start, we tell you the expected monthly cost in writing.

Priced on the call

Same packages, and it can include Komiti's Monday email across your practice's Xero payroll clients. Only a small number of practices can be connected for now. More for practices.

We look at the idea honestly first, including who would buy it, what to charge and what it would cost to run, and we'll say so if we don't think it stacks up. Why do you charge for the systems map?
Learning every program you use properly takes real time. The map is A$490 + GST, which is A$539 total. If you go ahead with a build, the full A$539 comes off the build fee. If you don't, you keep the written map.
Is the systems map credited?
Yes. If you go ahead with a build from the plan, the full A$539 is credited against the build fee.
How do I pay?

What if I change my mind?
If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full.
What if it isn't finished in the usual time?
Connect is usually built within 5 working days of getting access and Run within 10. Build is timed in the written plan. If the agreed build isn't finished, we keep going at no extra charge.
What if you don't know my software?
We learn it before we plan anything. If something can't be connected, we say so in the written plan, before you pay for a build. If a tool you already have does the job, we use it rather than building something new.
Can you promise how much time it'll save?
No. Every business is different, so we don't promise hours or dollars. What we do commit to is the build we agree in writing.
What is the founding price?
The first 5 businesses pay A$1,950 + GST = A$2,145 total to build Run, instead of A$2,950 + GST = A$3,245 total. It doesn't depend on a review. If a founding client agrees to a case study later, it will say they paid the founding price.
Do I have to pay the monthly fee?
It's how what we've built gets looked after. If you'd rather not, you can cancel any time. What's built stays in your accounts and keeps running, but nobody watches or fixes it.
How do I cancel the monthly fee?
Send us an email. It ends at the end of that month. There's no lock-in and no exit fee.
Who pays for the tools and text messages?
