About Komiti

Komiti is a Sydney business that goes into small businesses, sees where the time goes, and helps them put AI to work on those jobs. Then we keep it running.

What we do

In most small businesses, a few jobs eat the week: quotes, enquiries, emails, chasing, reports. You're too busy running the place to fix that, and signing up for a generic AI tool doesn't fix it either.

So we look first. We go through how you work, which jobs eat your week and what your current software already does. Then we set AI up on the jobs it can take on, connect it to the software you already use, build a custom tool where nothing fits, and keep it running for a monthly fee. You check the result instead of doing the work.

Where the free tools came from

Komiti started as software for our own businesses' payroll and paperwork. Those free tools are still here, and they stay free. Komiti's own payroll software runs every morning on our own Xero.

How we work

• We look first. Whatever you run, we go through how it's set up and what it can do before we plan anything. If a tool you already have does the job, we use it rather than building something new.
• You approve anything that goes out. Nothing reaches your customers until you've seen it and said yes.
• Your accounts stay yours. Every account is in your name, and any admin access we used is removed at handover.
• A fixed build fee, agreed before we start. The package and the jobs are written down after the free call. If the agreed build isn't finished, we keep going at no extra charge.
• A monthly fee with no lock-in. It starts at handover, is month to month, and has no exit fee. If you cancel, what's built stays in your accounts and keeps running, but nobody watches or fixes it.
• If AI won't pay for itself in your business, we'll say so. The written plan includes what's not worth doing.
• We're not your accountant or your lawyer. We don't give tax, legal or financial advice, and we won't tell you your tax position or choose your business structure. We'll tell you plainly when that's the conversation you need to have.
• No AI phone answering, not yet. Call-recording rules differ by state, so we're not offering it for now.
• We don't post pay runs or move money. You stay in charge of both.

The honest state of it

Komiti is small, and we'd rather build a few things properly than a lot of them badly. The founding price is for the first 5 businesses.
