Whether it's a job system, accounting software, a booking system, industry software or a spreadsheet someone built years ago, we go through how it's set up and what it can do before we plan anything. If something can't be connected, we say so in the written plan, before you pay for a build.

Is this just ChatGPT or Claude put into my business?

No. Anyone can sign up for those. We find where your time goes, set AI up on those jobs in your wording, connect it to the software you already use, and keep it running. You approve anything that goes out.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. If a tool you already have does the job, we use it rather than building something new. If a job needs a new tool, it's on an account in your name, and you pay for it directly.

How long does the build take?

Usually within 5 working days of getting access for Connect and 10 for Run. Build is timed in the written plan, because it depends on what's being built. If the agreed build isn't finished, we keep going at no extra charge.

Not yet. Call-recording rules differ by state, so we're not offering AI phone answering for now.

Do you give tax, legal or financial advice?

No. We don't give tax, legal or financial advice, and we don't post pay runs or move money. For those, talk to your accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer.

Can you promise how much time or money it will save?

No. Every business is different, so we don't promise hours or dollars. What we commit to is the build we agree in writing.

Who owns the accounts?

Who's doing the work

We run our own small businesses in Sydney too, including a cleaning business and a beauty clinic, and we try what we build on them first. We build software ourselves, so we're comfortable going into the systems your business runs on and making them work together.

Komiti's own Xero payroll software is built and running on our own Xero, and tested with Xero's Demo Company. It checks payroll dates every morning.

Your data

You know what we can see, and why. Before we start, we tell you in writing which accounts we need access to and what for. Read-only wherever that's enough.
Access ends at handover. Every account stays in your name, and any admin access we used is removed at handover.
Nothing goes to your customers until you approve it. You approve how every message is worded first. Follow-up messages say they're from your business and include an unsubscribe, as the Spam Act requires.
No client details in public AI tools. Your clients' personal or health information is never pasted into public AI tools.
AI products are chosen for their data terms, for example business plans that don't train on your data.
Clinics get the higher standard. We treat beauty and health clinics as health service providers under the Privacy Act.
