We run a beauty clinic of our own. Whatever booking and client-record software you use, we look at how you work and what it already does first, then set AI up on the jobs that eat your week. A fixed build fee, then a monthly fee.

Examples of AI work in a clinic
- Enquiries handled. Enquiries are read as they land, and a reply is drafted from your own price list and treatment information, for you to approve. Anything unusual is left for you.
- Review replies drafted. Each new review gets a reply drafted in your voice, for you to approve before it's posted.
- Staff questions answered. A helper answers your staff's questions from your own procedures, price list and policies. If the answer isn't there, it says so and the question comes to you.
- Your week in one email. Every Monday, bookings, repeat clients, gaps in the book and stock running low, summarised in plain English from your systems.
Separate from the AI work, Komiti's own software can check payroll and super dates every morning in Xero and email you when something's due. Xero limits how many businesses it can connect, so we'll confirm on the call whether there's room.
These are examples of the kinds of AI work that can be set up, not results or promises about your business. If your software already does one of them, we'll tell you rather than build it. What we build for you is agreed in writing after the systems map.
Clinics hold health information
We treat beauty and health clinics as health service providers under the Privacy Act. Your clients' personal or health information is never pasted into public AI tools, and AI products are chosen for their data terms, for example business plans that don't train on your data.
How it works
- A free 30-minute call.We talk through how the business runs. No obligation. At the end, if it looks worth doing, we quote you the systems map.
- The systems map: A$490 + GST = A$539 total.We find where the time goes in your week and where AI can take work on. We also check what your software already does, so you don't pay for something a setting can do. You get a written map and a fixed-price plan, including what's not worth doing. If you go ahead with a build, the full A$539 comes off the build fee.
- We connect your systems and build what's missing.Your tools made to work together, whole workflows from start to finish, and a custom tool when no product fits. Nothing goes to your customers until you've approved how it's worded. Usually built within 5 working days (Connect) or 10 (Run) of getting access. Build is timed in the written plan. If the agreed build isn't finished, we keep going at no extra charge.
- We hand it over, then we run and look after it.A written handover and a guide to how it works, and any admin access we used is removed. Every account stays in your name. The monthly fee starts at handover and covers checking it runs, fixing it when a vendor changes something, small improvements and a short monthly report.
A fixed build fee, then a monthly fee
Connect (one AI job set up, for example drafting quotes or sorting enquiries): build A$1,200 + GST = A$1,320 total, then A$190 + GST = A$209 total a month.
Run (the main package, AI across a whole workflow): build A$2,950 + GST = A$3,245 total, then A$390 + GST = A$429 total a month.
Founding price for the first 5 businesses: A$1,950 + GST = A$2,145 total to build Run
Build (a custom AI tool or system, connected to everything else): from A$5,950 + GST = A$6,545 total to build, exact price fixed in writing after the systems map, then from A$790 + GST = A$869 total a month.
The build is 50% to book, 50% on handover. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. The monthly fee starts at handover, month to month, with no lock-in and no exit fee. Tool and text-message costs are paid by you directly, on accounts in your name.
