Already recorded the meeting somewhere else? Drop the file here. Boardroom? MacBook + QuickTime works. On-site AGM? Voice Memos on your phone. We'll have an AI-assisted draft of the minutes back to you within 48 hours, ready for you to check and finalise.
Before you send
Your audio goes to two AI services to draft the minutes: Deepgram (transcription) and Anthropic Claude (drafting). They process the audio to produce the draft. They don't use it to train their models.
We require documented consent from everyone recorded. Recording laws are state-based and have exceptions β in NSW the Surveillance Devices Act 2007 restricts recording private conversations without consent. Rather than guess how it applies to your meeting, we require consent as a matter of service policy. By sending this file, you confirm consent was obtained at the time of recording. The chair should have read something like this before the recording started:
"This meeting is being recorded so AI can draft the minutes. Our secretary will review and sign the draft. The recording will be deleted within 60 days of signing. If you don't want to be recorded, say so or wave now."
If consent wasn't obtained, don't send the file. Recording someone without consent can carry serious penalties, and it's not a risk worth taking β get advice if you're unsure where you stand.
Prototype. Upload and audit-log work end-to-end; long-meeting storage and the draft pipeline are next. For files over 15 MB right now, email [email protected] instead.
