Consent-first, in the browser. No app to install. We'll have a compliant draft of the minutes back to you within 48 hours.
Before you record
Your audio goes to two AI services to draft the minutes: Deepgram (transcription) and Anthropic Claude (drafting). They process the audio to produce the draft. They don't use it to train their models.
Then read this to the room before tapping start — NSW Surveillance Devices Act §7 requires consent of everyone present:
"This meeting is being recorded so AI can draft the minutes. Our secretary will review and sign the draft — the AI doesn't sign anything. The recording will be deleted within 60 days of signing. If you don't want to be recorded, say so or wave now."
Wait for visible agreement. Note any objection in the minutes. If a quorum objects, do not record.

Prototype. Recording, consent capture and sending work end-to-end; long-meeting storage and the draft pipeline are next.
